Consent & policies

By booking, you confirm you do not have any known allergies to lash adhesive, and you consent to a patch test if this is your first appointment. You acknowledge the studio's cancellation, late arrival, and deposit policies as outlined above.

Read the policies

Deposits. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any appointment and is applied to your service total on the day.
Cancellations. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations inside that window forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrivals. A 15-minute grace period is held. Beyond that, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may not transfer.
No-Shows. Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit, and future bookings may require prepayment in full.
Health & Comfort. Please reschedule if you have an eye infection, recent eye surgery, or are unwell. Your comfort and eye health come first.
Guests. The studio is a quiet, single-client space. We're unable to accommodate additional guests or children during appointments.
